In a thrilling end to the day, Lord United were well and truly trounced by their world class oposition - Greenwood FC.

A dramatic 10-8 win was swiftly followed by a 10-9 win giving Greenwood FC victory for the day.

Manager of Lord United - Robert Tosspot Lord - was heard to say something like "We were beaten by a better team. That Greenwood FC side certainly opened a major can of Whoop-ass on us tonight".
